We’re not just and incubator or an accelerator, we have deep experience with FDA, CMS, private payors as well as longstanding relationships with vendors and consultants that can help new companies move quickly to market without requiring massive and high speculative capital infusions.

• Your IP is your own. StudioDx, it’s sponsors and members will not get access to your IP through your membership.  Your IP belongs to you, we want to help you make something of it

• Your equity is your own. StudioDx doesn’t take equity from companies and doesn’t make investments in companies.  We’re investing in the community to strengthen our industry

• StudioDx has no authority over your company. Deals or collaborations that involve your IP or equity are done entirely at your discretion and on your terms, StudioDx gets involved only at your request

• StudioDx has no referral agreements. We’ll never agree to refer member companies to any specific vendors, regardless of whether that vendor is a StudioDx sponsor or not and we will always help you find options for alternative vendors

• StudioDx will help you to make the best possible decisions related to vendors, personnel, regulatory strategy and business development based on our extensive experience in this space
